- Represented marine and dredging contractor in an ICC arbitration seated in Zurich related to the expansion of Port Taichung.

- Represented manufacturer and seller of post-op patient temperature management devices in a dispute with former distributor in ICC proceedings in London.

- Represented an EPC contractor in an ICC arbitration involving claims more than $300 million related to a natural gas-fired power facility in the Northwestern U.S.
- Represented European developer of 250-megawatt photovoltaic solar facility in four separate ICC arbitrations.
- Represented U.S. wind farm owner/operator in an ICDR arbitration seated in California regarding breach of contract with a public utility.
- Represented U.S. engineering firm in an ICDR arbitration regarding a photovoltaic facility dispute with a German owner.
