In addition to regulatory and transactional services, litigators working with the Financial Institutions Group represent clients in diverse matters such as forged check and warranty claims, borrower disputes and consumer litigation including unfair business practices claims, alleged violations of the Consumer Legal Remedies Act and consumer class actions. The Group’s attorneys also handle judicial foreclosures and appropriately large collection actions.
