Ami Ndukwe is a litigation and international arbitration attorney in the firm’s Los Angeles office. He advises multinational corporations on complex commercial disputes, high-stakes regulatory investigations, and compliance matters. His practice spans the technology, environmental, and financial sectors before both domestic and international tribunals.
Mr. Ndukwe brings a distinct global perspective to his practice, regularly managing cross-border disputes across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. He has successfully navigated matters before the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom and the General Court of the European Union, while advising clients on corporate governance, enforcement actions, and regulatory compliance.
Prior to joining Musick Peeler, Mr. Ndukwe was counsel at Gryphon Law and practiced in the London offices of international firms Hausfeld & Co., Dentons, and Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, focusing on antitrust litigation and financial-market disputes.
