Donald E. Bradley
Donald E. Bradley is a partner in the Firm's Orange County office. Mr. Bradley specializes in commercial litigation, with emphases in construction, environmental, and consumer credit/privacy law. His work involves litigation, arbitration, mediation, and counseling regarding matters involving public and private construction, consumer credit and collection, privacy, unfair business practice, environmental, product liability, and general commercial law. He has represented a diverse range of commercial and individual clients in state and federal courts throughout the country, and in ADR proceedings with all major ADR organizations and private arbitrators and mediators.
Mr. Bradley has contributed to numerous publications and presentations in the litigation, consumer credit/privacy, and construction fields. He is co-author with Los Angeles Superior Court Judge (ret.) Eric E. Younger of Younger On California Motions, published by Thomson-Reuters, currently in its twenty-second edition.
Mr. Bradley has also worked on a number of international matters. He speaks fluent German, and spent April through August of 1995 as a "Gastanwalt" with the Frankfurt office of the German law firm Bruckhaus Westrick Stegemann (nka Freshfields). He has co-authored two German publications: Handbuch des Internationalen Zwangsvollstreckungsrechts (Handbook on Enforcing German Judgments in the United States), and Das US-Amerikanische Insolvenzrecht (Guide to American Bankruptcy Law).
