Richard S. Conn is a partner in the Firm's Los Angeles office. Mr. Conn specializes in business, creditors' rights and probate litigation. His practice also involves defense of professional liability claims against attorneys arising in the context of business, bankruptcy or probate representation. Mr. Conn has also represented several Southern California universities in trust and commercial litigation.
Mr. Conn is a frequent contributor to Los Angeles Lawyer Magazine, a publication of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. His published articles are as follows:
