Associate, Orange County Office
Natasha Wu is an associate in the Firm's Orange County office and a member of the Litigation and Construction Practice Groups. Ms. Wu represents corporate defendants in a variety of litigated issues, with a focus on products liability, chemical exposure, and high-stakes construction litigation matters. Ms. Wu has experience representing automotive manufacturers, product manufacturers and suppliers, and technology companies in multi-party tort, fraud, and products liability actions. She has obtained dismissals for her manufacturer clients on jurisdictional grounds in multiple state courts. Ms. Wu has also successfully represented residential and commercial developers, general contractors, and subcontractors in high-stakes complex construction, contract, and personal injury litigation to resolution at no net-loss to her clients.
Ms. Wu is conversational in Mandarin Chinese.
While in law school, Ms. Wu interned for the USD School of Law's Pro Bono Appellate Clinic, where she successfully represented her client before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Board of Immigration Appeals, resulting in her client's release from federal custody.
Ms. Wu was a National Team Competitor for the USD School of Law Appellate Moot Court Executive Board, and competed in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition and the National Health Law Moot Court Competition. She was also an Articles Editor and on the Executive Editorial Board of the San Diego Journal of Climate & Energy Law.
