Jonathan Fang

Jonathan Fang is an associate in the Firm’s Los Angeles office. His practice focuses on tort-based general liability, commercial litigation, labor and employment, and insurance defense matters. Mr. Fang has extensive experience representing corporate clients, insurance carriers, and public entities across California in federal and state courts.

Mr. Fang manages all facets of civil litigation from pre-litigation strategy and case inception through trial. Over the course of his career, he has successfully resolved dozens of high-stakes disputes. He has a proven track record of securing highly favorable resolutions, including accelerated settlements below reserve targets and strategic risk mitigation in high-exposure personal injury, premises liability, construction defect, and products liability claims.

Prior to joining Musick Peeler, Mr. Fang served as in-house counsel for a global consumer goods supplier, protecting its intellectual property and business interests during acquisitions. He also handled intellectual property and partnership dissolution disputes in private practice.

In his free time, Mr. Fang enjoys exploring local food scenes, traveling, and attending live concerts. He is also an avid game enthusiast, with a particular affinity for strategic games like Settlers of Catan: Cities & Knights and Riftbound.
