Isis D. Miranda

Isis Miranda is an associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office. She focuses her practice on insurance coverage and appellate litigation. She provides coverage analysis of various lines of insurance and litigates coverage actions for declaratory relief, breach of contract, extra-contractual liability, and inter-carrier disputes for equitable contribution. 

Ms. Miranda has written about coverage for COVID-19 business interruption losses, cryptocurrency, and data privacy regulatory penalties. She is also a frequent speaker on topics at the intersection of insurance coverage, technology, and the law. 

Ms. Miranda served as a judicial extern to The Honorable Richard R. Clifton of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, Justice Richard Pollack of the Hawaii Supreme Court, and Judge Yvette Palazuelos of the Los Angeles Superior Court.
