Heather P. Condon

Heather P. Condon is Of Counsel in the Litigation Department in the firm’s Orange County office. She is a seasoned litigator whose practice focuses primarily on complex business litigation, with particular expertise in insurance coverage litigation.
Ms. Condon represents individuals and corporate clients in both federal and state courts through all stages of litigation, from case inception and strategy development to trial and settlement negotiations. Before joining Musick Peeler, she was Counsel at Smith Ellison, representing national insurers in high‑stakes environmental‑damage and toxic‑tort matters.
Ms. Condon’s legal acumen has been recognized by her peers as a Southern California Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine for seven consecutive years (2013–2019).
