Alexander D. Wall is a partner in the firm’s San Diego office in the Litigation Department. He is an experienced litigator and trial attorney with over a decade of experience representing clients in complex corporate and commercial litigation, including corporate fiduciary, fraud, and securities matters and banking and real estate litigation. Mr. Wall advises financial institutions, developers, contractors, and businesses across industries in high-stakes matters in both state and federal courts.

Mr. Wall has represented high-profile clients in corporate and regulatory matters, including serving as counsel to court-appointed receivers in FTC and CFPB enforcement actions and defending senior executives in cross-border fiduciary litigation. He also has significant experience advising property developers, contractors, and property managers in construction and commercial disputes.

Prior to Musick Peeler, Mr. Wall was an associate at McNamara Smith, where he practiced corporate, commercial, and securities litigation in federal courts nationwide. Earlier in his career, he built a strong trial record in civil matters and successfully represented victims of one of the largest international Ponzi schemes in history while a partner at a Boston-based boutique firm.

Mr. Wall earned his J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School, where he was a member of the Suffolk Transnational Law Review. He received his B.S., summa cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell.
