Whit Bivens is a partner in the Firm's San Diego office specializing in intellectual property law. Since passing the California bar and patent bar in 1997, Mr. Bivens has assisted clients with a wide variety of intellectual property matters including:

After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree from U.C. San Diego, Mr. Bivens attended law school at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles where he served as an editor for the International and Comparative Law Journal.
