Partner, Orange County Office
Shireen B. Rogers is a partner in the Firm's Orange County office and is a member of the Business Litigation, Litigation and Construction Practice Groups. She practices premises liability defense for multiple retail establishments. Her practice also includes ADA accessibility defense on behalf of corporations, trusts, landlords, tenants and retail establishments, product liability, personal injury in construction defect, and employment litigation. She has participated in jury trials, arbitrations and mediations.
While in law school, Ms. Rogers was a Note & Comment Editor for Southwestern University Law Review and received the American Jurisprudence Award for the Uniform Commercial Code and the Book Award for Contracts. She clerked in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Hon. William J. Lasarow as a third year law student.
Ms. Rogers has chaired the Orange County Bar Association's Insurance Law Section and participated in the Domestic Violence program through the Orange County District Attorney's office.
