David C. Wright is a partner in the Firm's Los Angeles office. Mr. Wright's primary areas of practice include qualified and nonqualified employee benefit plans, employee stock ownership plans, stock and performance based non-qualified compensation plans, employee welfare plans, deferred compensation and other executive compensation related matters for profit, nonprofit and governmental entities, as well as general tax and business planning.
Mr. Wright has been a frequent lecturer in the areas of both employee benefits and executive compensation, and has lectured extensively in the area of employee stock ownership plans, participating as a panelist before the ESOP Association of America and as a guest lecturer on ESOPs as part of the UCLA Extension Program.
While attending law school, Mr. Wright served as a member and Associate Editor of the Loyola Law Review.
