David A. Tartaglio is a partner in the Firm's Los Angeles office, a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee and the leader of the Insurance Coverage Practice Group. Mr. Tartaglio practices insurance law and litigation, and he has litigated numerous insurance disputes through trial and arbitration in the state and federal courts. His practice includes representation of domestic and foreign insurers and reinsurers. He also has extensive experience in the defense of professional liability suits against attorneys, accountants, brokers and architects.
While attending law school, Mr. Tartaglio was a member of the Order of the Coif and an editor of the Southern California Law Review.
