Citadelle Priagula is a Partner in the Firm’s Los Angeles office. She is Chair of the firm's Diversity and Inclusion Committee. Her practice focuses on representing employers in a broad range of employment matters, including claims for wrongful termination, employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to accommodate claims, breach of contract claims, and wage and hour claims, including the defense of class actions and PAGA actions.
She is actively involved in all aspects of these cases. She has conducted pre-litigation investigations, developed case strategy, argued motions, taken and defended depositions, propounded and responded to written discovery, interviewed witnesses, and successfully negotiated the resolution of these matters in mediation and informally.
Citadelle also provides day-to-day counseling to employers on various labor and employment issues, including employment policies and procedures, managing leaves of absences, wage and hour compliance, and drafting agreements. She has presented on employment and human resources topics, such as wage and hour compliance and managing leaves of absences under state and federal laws.
She has been an active member of the Philippine American Bar Association (PABA) for over 10 years, previously serving as its President and Chair of the board. She currently serves on its advisory board.
While in law school at UCLA, Ms. Priagula was a staff member for the Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs, and a recipient of a Philippine American Bar Association Scholarship. As an undergraduate, Ms. Priagula was awarded the Women for Change Award and a Chancellor's Service Award. She was also included on the Provost's Honors List.
