Matthew Richardson
Matthew Richardson is an Associate in the firm’s Labor & Employment practice group. He is dedicated to defending employers in employment litigation and counseling. He is actively involved in all areas of litigation, including aggressively pursuing discovery, taking depositions, and engaging in mediations. He works closely with clients to develop a litigation strategy and advise on critical business decisions.
Mr. Richardson represents employers in employment-related litigation including claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and retaliation in federal and state courts. He defends employers against claims of wage and hour violations, including class action and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) matters. Matthew also counsels clients on navigating risk and defending claims of employee misclassification.
