Lynn A. O’Leary

Lynn A. O'Leary is a partner in the Firm's Los Angeles office, and is a member of the firm's Insurance Coverage Committee. Ms. O'Leary's practice focuses primarily on representation of insurers and reinsurers and involves coverage litigation, interpretation of insurance policies and drafting of insurance policies. She also has extensive experience in the defense of attorney and accountant professional liability actions.

While in law school, Ms. O'Leary was an associate editor of the Santa Clara Law Review from 1982-83.

Community

Ms. O'Leary was a panelist at the CLM Conference in New York on December 1, 2016 on the issues of allocation of settlements and judgments in mixed actions involving both covered and non-covered claims.
