Diana Chang is a litigation associate in the Firm's Orange County office. She has extensive federal court experience including defeating class certification, successfully raising Daubert challenges, and moving for summary judgment. Her litigation experience ranges from defending manufacturers in products liability and environmental contamination lawsuits, to representing companies in employment discrimination, business torts or consumer credit disputes. Ms. Chang also has experience with wage and hour and misclassification disputes.
Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Chang worked primarily on litigation involving polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), including their use, their fate and transport, and their regulation under the Toxic Substances Control Act and related regulations.
