William Hair is of counsel in the Firm's Ventura County office and practices in the areas of civil litigation, government agency administrative law, condemnation, real property development, and general business law.

Mr. Hair served as Deputy District Attorney for the County of Ventura, 1960-1962; City Attorney for the City of Port Hueneme, 1963-1975; and Secretary of the Camarillo Protection District, 1963-1971.

He is presently Chairman Emeritus of the Board of Trustees for Ojai Valley School and serves on the Board of Trustees of the Ventura County Maritime Museum. He has also served on the Board of Trustees of the Hastings 1066 Foundation.

In 2019 Mr. Hair received the Association of Water Agency (AWA) Lifetime Achievement Award, recognizing his lifetime of contributions to the community and residents of Ventura County.
