Susan Holley is Special Counsel in the Labor Department in the firm’s Los Angeles Office. She is an experienced litigation attorney whose areas of practice include labor & employment and intellectual property. Ms. Holley has also spent many years as an employment investigator, investigating claims of discrimination, harassment, and workplace violence. Ms. Holley’s goal is to move economically and effectively to eliminate litigation so that clients can return their full focus to their companies. 

Ms. Holley has extensive experience in all phases of complex business litigation in areas including fraud and trade secret disputes, copyright, invasion of privacy, and unfair business practices. 

Ms. Holley has a passion for being a neutral mediator over her career in multiple areas, particularly for employment and contract disputes. This ability enables her to help clients on both sides of the table to avoid the financial and emotional costs of protracted litigation. Ms. Holley received intensive training from the Strauss Institute of Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University that, combined with her B.A. in Psychology from UCLA, helps her resolve even the most intense disputes.
