Experience

James B. Bertero is a partner in the firm's Santa Barbara office and has extensive experience in general litigation.  Mr. Bertero is a member of the Litigation Section of the American Bar Association,  and the Association of Business Trial Lawyers, Los Angeles.  He is a graduate of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy basic program and has also instructed in that program.  Mr. Bertero acts as general counsel to Musick, Peeler & Garrett LLP.
