Experience

Robert Warshaw is a partner in the Los Angeles office.  He joined the firm in 1989 and has substantial experience defending professional liability claims and complex business litigation matters.  He has handled litigation in state and federal courts and has experience in jury and court trials, arbitrations, mediations and appeals.  Mr. Warshaw is a member of the firm's Management Committee and chairs the firm's Professional Liability Practice Group.  He has also served as a member of the firm's Trial Committee and Recruiting Committee and been the editor of the firm's Litigation Department newsletter.

While attending law school, Mr. Warshaw was the recipient of various merit scholarships and was a published member of the Loyola Entertainment Law Journal.  He also completed an externship for the Honorable Pamela Ann Rymer, United States District Judge for the Central District of California.

Mr. Warshaw is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and all District and state courts in California. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel, the Association of Business Trial Lawyers, the ABA Center for Professional Responsibility and the National Legal Malpractice Data Center.
