Experience

Larry C. Hart is a partner in the firm's Los Angeles office. He is one of the firm's lead trial attorneys with extensive trial experience of complex federal and state matters over the past thirty years. Mr. Hart's experience includes litigation of complex product liability suits, aviation and air crash suits, professional negligence claims (including medical malpractice, legal malpractice, agent's and broker's malpractice and accountant's malpractice), insurance coverage suits, "bad-faith" suits, construction and construction defect litigation, and general civil litigation.

Mr. Hart is a member of the Litigation Section of the California Bar. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel and was the President of the California Aviation Insurance Association. Mr. Hart served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Southern California, lecturing in seminar courses on products liability and legal aspects of aviation law, as well as authoring numerous articles on these subjects.
