Experience

Richard S. Conn is a partner in the firm's Los Angeles office. Mr. Conn specializes in business, creditors' rights and probate litigation. His practice also involves defense of professional liability claims against attorneys arising in the context of business, bankruptcy or probate representation.  Mr. Conn has also represented several Southern California universities in trust and commercial litigation.

Mr. Conn has served as an arbitrator for the Santa Monica Municipal Court and is a member of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers.  He is admitted to practice in all federal and state courts in California as well as the United States Tax Court.
