Experience

William A. Bossen is a partner in the firm’s Los Angeles office. He has practiced with the firm for his entire career.  He has extensive experience in handling litigation matters and liability claims, including the representation of a variety of businesses and individuals, such as officers, directors, manufacturers, property owners, and entertainers. Matters include claims involving business issues and economic loss, personal injury and emotional distress, wrongful death, and products liability.  Mr. Bossen has served on the firm’s Management Committee and is chair of the firm’s Recruiting Committee.

While in law school, Mr. Bossen chaired the Pepperdine University School of Law Moot Court Board. He was also a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for Excellent Achievement in the Study of Trial Practice, Real Property and Professional Responsibility; American Board of Trial Advocates Award for Excellence in Preparation for Trial Practice of Law and was named the Terry M. Giles Scholar. Mr. Bossen is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
