Experience

Geoffrey C. Brethen is an associate in the firm's Costa Mesa office. Mr. Brethen has represented clients in commercial, trademark, financial, and real estate litigation matters. He is admitted to practice before all California state courts and the United States District Courts for the Southern, Central, Eastern and Northern Districts of California.

Mr. Brethen is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and a member of the William P. Gray Legion Lex Inn of Court.

During law school, Mr. Brethen was an Executive Member of the Moot Court Honors Board, and Chairman and Coordinator of the National Criminal Procedure Tournament.
