Experience

Scott. Macdonald is a partner practicing general civil litigation in our Los Angeles office. He has taken many cases to jury verdict in counties throughout Southern California. Mr. Macdonald is often called upon by clients to handle matters that have been previously handled by other firms, and which have reached a crisis stage shortly before trial. Mr. Macdonald's clients include large insurance carriers, businesses, and individuals.

Mr. Macdonald is admitted to practice before all state courts and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.  He is a member of the Council on Litigation Management, the Risk and Insurance Management Society and the American Board of Trial Advocates.
