Experience

Christopher Woo is a senior counsel in the firm’s Los Angeles office.  His practice is devoted to counseling and representing employers of various industries and sizes in traditional labor issues, wage and hour class actions, wrongful termination, discrimination and harassment claims, as well as trade secrets disputes.  In addition to representing employers in civil litigation and labor arbitrations, Mr. Woo has represented employers in numerous administrative hearings at the state and federal level.  He frequently provides lectures for employers and attorneys on several employment topics, such as sexual harassment, employment discrimination, and workplace investigations.  Mr. Woo is also a contributing editor to The Developing Labor Law, a BNA publication.

Mr. Woo served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Lourdes G. Baird of the United States District Court for the Central District of California in 2005.  He is admitted before all California state courts, and the U.S. District Court for the Central and Southern Districts of California.
