Experience

Michael Goldstein is a partner in the firm's Los Angeles office.  Mr. Goldstein represents and advises employers in a variety of labor and employment matters, including employment litigation, employer relations with unions, and employee discipline and discharge.  Mr. Goldstein has significant trial experience including jury and bench trials, labor arbitrations, and administrative trials.  Mr. Goldstein also conducts training seminars for employers.

While at law school, Mr. Goldstein was an American Jurisprudence Award winner and a notes editor for the Southern California Law Review.
