Experience

Jennifer Ilenstine is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Musick, Peeler & Garrett.  Ms. Ilenstine's practice includes representing management before state and federal courts in labor and employment law matters, as well as counseling employers regarding all aspects of state and federal employment law.  Ms. Ilenstine's practice also includes handling general civil litigation matters from client intake through settlement, mediation, arbitration or trial, including appeals, in both state and federal courts.

 While practicing in Seattle, Ms. Ilenstine was selected as a "Rising Star" by Washington Law & Politics in 2002 and in 2003, and was nominated as a "Super Lawyer" by Washington Law & Politics in 2001.

Ms. Ilenstine  is admitted to practice before all California and Washington state courts, the United States District Courts for the Central District of California and for the Eastern and Western Districts of Washington, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.  She is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association Litigation, Labor & Employment, and Commercial Law Sections.
