Experience

Catherine M. Lee is a partner of the firm specializing in commercial, financial, consumer and employment litigation. Ms. Lee has extensive experience representing small and large clients in the litigation of contract, employment, tort, fraud, copyright, trademark, real estate, and complex commercial matters. She has resolved cases successfully for clients on dispositive pretrial motions, on appeal, in mediation and arbitration, and at trial. Her litigation accomplishments include a four-month jury trial resulting in a judgment for the client in excess of $5 million. Ms. Lee also has substantial experience in advising new and seasoned businesses on employment practices and corporate transactions.

While attending law school, Ms. Lee received dual Moot Court awards for best brief and best oralist and served as an Executive Editor of the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly.   She also externed for the Honorable William Cahill of the San Francisco Superior Court.

 Ms. Lee is a member of the Bar Associations for San Francisco and Alameda Counties. She has served as a director of the Alameda County Bar Association and is a Past President of the Association's Barristers Club. Ms. Lee is fluent in Cantonese and conversant in Mandarin.
