Experience

David M. Lester is a partner in the firm's Orange County and Los Angeles offices, representing and advising employers in a variety of labor relations and litigation matters. Mr. Lester has tried to verdict several cases and his most recent appellate victory was Jersey v. John Muir Medical Center, 97 Cal. App. 4th 814 (2002).
