ADAM L. JOHNSON
PARTNER
ExperienceAdam L. Johnson is a partner in the firm's Orange County office. He concentrates in employment, insurance coverage, and complex business litigation. He also has significant experience in credit reporting, professional liability and products liability matters. Mr. Johnson has handled numerous cases in state and federal courts from the pre-litigation stage through discovery, trial, and appeal. He is admitted to practice in all California state courts, all California District Courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and has been admitted pro hac vice in several U.S. District Courts outside of California, including in Washington and Arizona.
Mr. Johnson was an associate editor of the Pepperdine Law Review. He has published several articles in the California Supreme Court Survey. He writes regularly for the firm's Insurance Notes publication. Mr. Johnson has served as a law clerk for a criminal defense attorney, an English Barrister, and as a judicial extern to U.S. Bankruptcy Judge John E. Ryan. He has also served on the executive committee of the Insurance Section of the Orange County Bar Association, and on the OBCA's Community Outreach Committee.
