CAMERON W. THOMAS
Cameron W. Thomas is a partner in the firm’s Los Angeles office. He has extensive experience litigating complex business and commercial disputes involving contracts, product liability, toxic tort exposure, legal malpractice, elder abuse and class action claims. In addition, he has handled insurance matters involving large environmental, asbestos and toxic tort injury claims.
Mr. Thomas has represented many businesses, including Fortune 500 companies, and has obtained favorable results in trials and arbitrations. From 2004 to 2007 and from 2009 to 2010, he was named a "Rising Star" in Los Angeles Magazine's Super Lawyer Rising Star section, given to no more than 2.5% of attorneys in the state.
While in law school, Mr. Thomas was a member of the Moot Court Honors Program and was part of a team that won best brief at the J. Braxton Craven Memorial competition at the University of North Carolina. He additionally participated in the law school’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (“VITA”) program.
Mr. Thomas is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
