Experience

Gary F. Overstreet is a partner in the firm's Los Angeles office, a member of the firm's Executive Committee, and the chairperson of the Labor and Employment Law Department. Mr. Overstreet has taught courses in labor and employment law for Loyola Law School, Los Angeles;  California State University, Los Angeles; and the University of Redlands, Redlands, CA. He is a contributing author to the Continuing Education of the Bar text entitled, Advising California Employers, is a legal editor of Personnel Law, by Kenneth L. Sovereign, and has lectured for the California Continuing Education of the Bar on Employment Disputes.

Mr. Overstreet was a judicial clerk for the Honorable Justice Clarke E. Stephens, California Court of Appeal. He is a member of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the State Bar of California, the Labor Sections of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the American Bar Association, and the California Society for Healthcare Attorneys.
