Experience

Jeffrey L. Anastas is a partner in the firm's San Diego office. Mr. Anastas practices in the areas of real estate, corporate, and commercial transactions and corporate and business formation and operations. He has worked on a variety of sophisticated real estate and business transactions, negotiating and drafting complex purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, security agreements, stock and asset purchase agreements, material transfer and research collaboration agreements, and software licenses and development agreements.

While in law school, Mr. Anastas served as managing editor of the faculty's law review, The Journal of Contemporary Legal Issues, and later as a Graduate Fellow in the Institute for Law and Systems Research. Mr. Anastas is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in California.
