Experience

Teresa Cho has 20 years of experience handling insurance matters that include: 

• Providing coverage opinions.
• Investigating, monitoring and litigating of coverage issues
• Litigating claims involving construction defects, securities fraud, environmental contamination, mass torts, intellectual property, business torts, professional liability, product liability and bodily injury.
• Defending actions involving commercial general liability, directors and officers liability, professional liability, employment practices liability and property policies.
• Litlgating contribution actions between insurers as well as insurer subrogation actions. 

Ms. Cho is a member of the Litigation Section of the State Bar of California. She served on the State Bar’s Litigation Section Executive Committee (2001-2004).  She is also a member of the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles and served on its Board of Governors (2001-2003).  She is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.

During law school, Ms. Cho served as judicial extern for the Honorable Harry S. Pregerson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
