Experience

Laura K. Kim is a partner in the firm's Los Angeles office. Ms. Kim's principal area of practice involves the litigation of tort, consumer warranty and fraud cases, business disputes and the defense of professional liability actions.  She also practices in the areas of real estate and commercial transactions. Ms. Kim regularly represents professionals, retail manufacturers and dealers, academic institutions and universities. Ms. Kim was born in Seoul, Korea.  While practicing law in New York, Ms. Kim was an associate in a litigation defense firm for several years, where she gained extensive experience in all phases of civil litigation, including the areas of products liability, torts and construction litigation.

Ms. Kim is a member of the American Bar Association and Los Angeles County Bar Association, and is admitted to practice law before all California state courts and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
