Experience

Shireen B. Rogers is a partner in the firm's Orange County office and is a member of the Business Litigation Practice Group. She practices premises liability defense for multiple retail establishments.  Her practice also includes product liability, construction defect, and employment litigation. She has participated in jury trials, arbitrations and mediations.

While in law school, Ms. Rogers was a Note & Comment Editor for Southwestern University Law Review and received the American Jurisprudence Award for the Uniform Commercial Code and the Book Award for Contracts.  She clerked in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Hon. William J. Lasarow as a third year law student.

Ms. Rogers has chaired the Orange County Bar Association's Insurance Law Section and participated in the Domestic Violence program through the Orange County District Attorney's office.  Ms. Rogers is a member of the Board of Directors for the Irvine Public School Foundation, is a member of the IPSF Executive Committee and is the Chair of the IPSF Program Assessment Committee.

Ms. Rogers is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of California, as well as all California state courts.
