Partners Bob Liset and Kent Halkett Win Medical Staff Appeal

Health care partners Bob Liset and Kent Halkett successfully defended the University of California, San Diego Medical Center’s decision to deny Dr. Francisco Pardo’s application for reappointment to its Medical Staff in the trial and appellate courts. The Court of Appeal affirmed the trial court’s denial of Dr. Pardo’s writ petition and it awarded costs to the Medical Center in Pardo v. UCSD Medical Center (2010 WL 619748)(Feb. 23, 2010).
