William Miller obtains arbitration victory

Litigation Partner William Miller represented a physician practice management company who sued a physician for breach of the management agreement. The claim was that the Respondent doctor had failed to live up to the terms of a settlement agreement and had actively interfered with the collection of an Account Receivable which our client was attempting to collect. Client management company has been awarded in excess of $400,000 following arbitration.
