Real Estate partner Bob Zeller represents client in condominium construction financing02.07.2008Real Estate partner Bob Zeller recently represented a union pension trust fund in connection with a $120 million construction loan to finance the construction of a 24 story residental condominium building in downtown San Francisco. Mr. Zeller previously represented the fund in connection with a $58,700,000 construction loan to finance construction of the Albuquerque motion picture studio facilities in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He and partner Gary Wollberg are currently representing the fund in conncetion with a $16,600,000 additional advance to finance construction of additional studio facilities. |
