Juan Torres Prevails on Behalf of Clients in Panamian Real Estate Venture

Litigation partner Juan Torres obtained a judgment for $840,000 on behalf of clients who invested in four real estate ventures in Panama. Mr. Torres established that our clients’ partners defrauded our clients with regard to three of the ventures and interfered in our clients’ effort to invest in the remaining venture causing our clients to lose the investment opportunity.
