PBS Biotech Acquires Manufacturer

Westlake partner Brent Reinke has helped negotiate the acquisition of  Integrity CMI, a medical device manufacturer, by PBS Biotech, a maker of disposable bioreactors.  The acquisition of Integrity CMI will give PBS in-house manufacturing capabilities that are certified by the FDA.  For more information on the acquisition, please click here and here.
